Hi! I’m Pam. So glad you’re here. I am no one special (although, my husband Thomas says he disagrees)— just a professional working mama looking for somewhere to share her thoughts, experiences and social strategies expertise. I feared started my business for some time but after officially becoming a mother in 2018— I found myself craving more and more to find a place where I felt I fit in and a way to bring my professional corporate background and love for social media, right here.. to you!

And well—welcome to the future, sometimes that is right here—online.

My husband Thomas and I met in June 2013 + married in July 2016. We gave life to Sebastian Daniel in August of 2018 and welcomed baby #2, Elijah Thomas in August of 2020. A true Covid Baby! Now we patiently await for the arrival of baby #3 due in November! We have two other children (that you are sure to see plenty of)— Ava & Chet, they are our perfectly precious fur babies. We also have a precious furbaby, Axel, in heaven.

I called Atlanta, Georgia home for the majority of my life after moving to the United States, and was born in the Dominican Republic. Thomas, our crew of toddlers and I packed up our Atlanta home in spring of 2022 and moved into our beautiful new home build here in the heart of Coastal Georgia. A beautiful small town where we now get to raise our three kiddos on the beach and living the boat life. We miss our family and friends back in Atlanta tremendously, but have adjusted, just like a missing puzzle piece, to this stunning new coastal town.

In January of 2019 I founded SOCIAL MAMAS TRIBE on both Facebook and Instagram as a way to connect with other mothers, provide support and education for woman in the motherhood and lifestyle niche and—most importantly, make some lifelong friendships. In August of 2019 I finally took a leap of faith and launched my own business—helping woman all over the world realize their passions on social platforms. High Heels Social Strategies is dedicated to the genuine personal and professional growth of the powerhouse woman who run this world.

Anyways. Here I am. All bright eyed and dreamy, coming to you live from a a beautiful office and hot coffee in hand. If you’re here, something must have caught your eye, or maybe you’re someone I know personally—wondering what this is all about, or maybe—you’re just like me—looking for other tiny human making, wine drinking, survival seeking, heel wearing, career driven mommas with no earthly idea of what she’s doing either.

I hope this place finds you solitude when you need it, a laugh when you’ve reached your limit or perhaps just somewhere to escape while you drink your wine, on the toilet, staring at your phone screen. Oh. That’s just me?

My promise to you is to always be genuine, to show my true colors, never hide from my opinions for fear of judgement and bring you content that reminds us all we dont always live Instagram worth moments. We know that sometimes—most of the time—it’s messy, it’s lonely—it’s worth it. My promise to myself with this precious work, is to be kind to myself, to be patient with myself and to always find joy in sharing my thoughts with a purpose. After all, isn’t that what we’re all looking for?

Business Biography

Latina born and raised entrepreneur Pamela Baez-Briscoe, is a corporate leader turned business owner after over 10 years in the sales & marketing industry. Her corporate background includes sales, marketing, full-cycle recruiting, team building and bilingual leadership. Pam’s university experience comes from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Marketing & Specialty Degrees in Public Relations & Advertising.

During her tenure in corporate America, Pam served as a board member of Atlanta’s Hispanic Corporate Council, Latino Market Manager for New York Life & Managing Director for Moxy Financial Group. She also served ongoing as an Atlanta Latino Leader for ALPHA, Inc.

As a young mother and founder of High Heels Social Consulting, Pam thrives on pushing the limits and giving back. Using her voice for good, she supports and consults small business owners, social media bloggers & influencers all over the United States & Internationally,  as an aide to their business ventures and overall growth.

In January of 2019, Pam founded Social Mamas Tribe, a Facebook support community for motherhood niche entrepreneurs in the social marking arena with members on a global scale. She then expanded the brand to Instagram and into a full fledged consulting agency in hopes to continue bridging the gap between large brands and beginner entrepreneurs.

With the help of her amazing team, Social Mamas Tribe has grown to over 3.5K members in under a year and provides training, coaching, and professional development to bloggers and influencers alike with a strong focus on brand partnerships, negotiation training and platform growth. Her focus on woman empowerment and maternal mental health has helped to catapult her business to new heights in a short period of time.

Pam lives in on the beautiful coastal waters of Georgia, with her sons Sebastian & Elijah, husband Thomas and two sweet pups— Ava and Chet.
